Frequently asked

Where does the data come from?

Your own Shopify Partner account. You connect it once with your Organization ID and a read-only Partner API token; we read your transactions and events to compute the metrics. Nothing is ever written back.

Is my Partner token safe?

Yes. It's encrypted at rest, stored server-side only, never exposed in the browser, and used strictly read-only. We can read your financials to build your dashboard; we can never modify your account.

How is MRR calculated?

From your active recurring subscriptions, normalized to a month and net of Shopify's fees, so it's what you actually keep. Annual plans count as one-twelfth of their price per month. Usage charges are shown separately, not folded into MRR.

Do I need to add any code or a billing SDK?

No. It works entirely from the Partner API, including trials and conversion, so there's nothing to install in your app.

What's free vs paid?
